D igital Logistic Services has been nominated for the Innovation Awards of the SITL trade show, Transport & Logistics Innovation Week 2022, in the Technology, IoT & Information Systems category.
The jury selected the contributions of the platform proposed by Digital Logistic Services, in partnership with project44, Monstock and Borne Concept.
The co-created digital ecosystem allows to optimize both the Supply Chain and the logistics.
The solution is based on the real-time interconnection of several digital platforms: appointment scheduling tool, transport visibility, flow and access management, stock and order management, preparation monitoring. With this system, time savings are generated at all levels and on most logistics operations.
The main value of this innovation is measured in time. Each minute saved to manage the arrival of lorries, unloading or loading a trailer is automatically converted into financial gain. The value created is also measured in terms of CSR. By optimizing processes, facilitating the transfer of each piece of information between the various players in the chain and providing a predictive vision of the tasks to be carried out, the working conditions of carriers and shippers in particular are improved and the level of service quality is increased. From an environmental point of view, we measure a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, with less waiting time, less time spent driving vehicles, not to mention better management as part of the decarbonization strategy with the provision of aggregate data for each truck managed in our solution.
